SERVO has developed portable re-railing equipment for use in re-railing applications.
Servo Re-railing equipment primarily consists of the following components:
1. Telescopic Jacks: Telescopic Jacks with capacity upto 130 tons made of high strength light metal alloy. Jack bodies are forged to shape to ensure high strength. Quick Release Couplings are used for connection with hydraulic system. Jacks can be operated at pressures upto 550 bar.
2. Re-railing Bridge: Re-railing bridge made out of light metal alloy or steel fabrication as per customer requirement. Bridges are available in standard lengths of 1100 mm, 2200 mm, 3300 mm & 4400 mm with option of connecting two bridges together.
3. Roller Carriage: Roller carriage are used for lateral movement of jack on bridge. It is suitable for load upto 100 Tons
4. Traversing Jack: Traversing jack is used for horizontal movement of the loco/wagon. With SERVO automatic traversing jack total control is from the control table, so that the whole traversing process is possible without any manual resetting under elevated load.
5. Distance bar: Distance bar with length adjustment from 800 mm to 1500 mm is provided for lateral movement.
6. Portable Power Operated Hydraulic Pump and Petrol Engine: System working at 490 bar.

Other accessories like Tilting Jack, Step Jack, Haualage Device & Axle Pusher are also available as per customer requirement.
